Freeze drying is an advanced food preservation method that involves freezing the food and then removing the moisture through sublimation, turning ice directly into vapor without passing through the liquid stage. This process retains nearly all the original nutrients, flavors, and textures, unlike other methods like retort technology, which uses high heat to sterilize wet food, often resulting in a significant loss of vitamins, minerals, and overall nutritional value.

Our process is entirely in-house, from recipe formulation to cooking, drying, and packing, ensuring complete quality control at every step. Our current plant has the capacity to dry 1ton of wet food a day, ready to serve with the same care as a home-cooked meal.
