Cooking an Lajawab Ready to Eat product is a simple process. All you need to do is add boiling water to our mixes and keep it for a few minutes (7-8 minutes). Our products can be cooked in a variety of vessels or containers including a kettle, hot plate, stove or microwave.
One of the benefits of our products is that they take very little time to cook. While your average Indian meal may take over an hour to prepare, Spice Up Foods products can be cooked in less than ten minutes.
Instructions:
- Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl or pot. Be sure to remove the oxygen absorber pouch.
- Add the amount of water specified on the packet instructions.
- Stir well to combine. Cover the bowl or pot and let it sit on the stove(medium flame) for the amount of time specified in the instructions.
Once the food is rehydrated, it is ready to eat.
- Empty the contents of the packet into a cup. Be sure to discard the oxygen absorber sachet.
- Add the specific amount of boiling water mentioned on the packet inside the cup and stir.
- Close the lid of the cup tightly. Let the contents stand for the specified time, or until they are cooked through.
Stir the food again and enjoy!
- Empty the contents of the packet into a microwave-safe dish. Be sure to discard the oxygen absorber sachet.
- Add the specific amount of water mentioned on the packet inside the cup.
- Microwave on high for the amount of time specified on the packet.
- Stir or shake the product halfway through cooking.
- Once the product is rehydrated, remove it from the microwave and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
The shelf life of our products is currently six months.

Lajawab Ready to eat products come in greatly sturdy and robust packaging that is not affected by harsh temperatures and pressure. They don’t need to be stored at a particular temperature. You can travel with them to all kinds of climates and enjoy them in all kinds of weather. But we recommend you not to put in sunlight for better shelf life.

We will arrange for a replacement once you notify us. You can notify us within 7 days of receiving the product opening video of product packaging is a must.
